  3. Cook 21 to 23 minutes.
  4. Let stand 1 minute before serving.

MICROWAVE (1000 WATTS) (for softer pastry):

  1. Place quiche on microwave-safe plate lined with paper towel.
  2. Heat on high 3 to 3 1/2 minutes.
  3. Let stand 1 minute before serving.
