Here's a great way to nourish yourself during Whole30: with mint-flavored ice, by @thenaturalnurturer. Refreshing and summery.
Ingredients:
1 bunch of mint leaves
Directions:
In an empty ice cube tray, place one individual leaf of mint in each cavity. Carefully fill each cavity with water and transfer to the freezer to chill.
Once set, pop out mint leaf ice cubes and addto anybeverage desired.
