Does the FASTer Way offer prescription weight loss medications?
No, the FASTer Way program does not directly offer or prescribe medications. What are the workouts like?
We offer new workouts daily, 365 days a year, that can be completed at home or in the gym with little to no equipment. Clients can use weights, kettlebells, bands or body resistance for strength training. Workouts are 30 minutes or less and utilize cardio/HIIT (high intensity interval training), strength training, core circuits, ISO stretch, and rest/recovery days throughout the week.
Each workout also includes a pro trainer demonstrating a low impact or modified version of the exercise, making it possible for anyone to follow along and see results.
Is this program for me if I have 50 pounds or more to lose?
Yes. Many of our clients have lost 100 pounds or more during their time with the FASTer Way. Our coaches and trainers will work with you to support your dietary and fitness needs to ensure your success.
