Disney Dreamlight Valley players will be able to find resources faster now with a buff to a familiar feature. Although Disney Dreamlight Valley is still not out of early access, gamers have already been having a blast with it in its current state. Each day, its developers continue to work hard to add fun content, fix any bugs or frustrating inconveniences that might occur, and make quality-of-life changes to ensure that once it's fully released, the game is in its best state and ready for any new players that may arise.
The team working on the game is constantly in contact with its players to receive feedback and implement as many positive changes as possible. Recently, the fourth major update for Disney Dreamlight Valley, Pride of the Valley, was released and added tons of new content, fixed bothersome glitches, and even added some smaller features to get rid of minimal nuisances that players often came across.

One of these smaller but significant changes made to Disney Dreamlight Valley was the improvement of the Well-Fed status effect buff. When gamers eat a hearty in-game meal, their energy bar will increase beyond the maximum and a portion of it will actually turn yellow - when this happens, the player will receive the Well-Fed bonus. Before, this buff only meant that the player would have an increased movement speed, but now it also means that they have an increased chance of getting Critical Results when exploring the valley.
When this announcement was made, players were slightly confused by what "Critical Results" meant, but it's presumed that it refers to the phenomenon when a crop, a tree, or a bush glows, and the player gets to harvest it over and over again until the bright light disappears. Some gamers also speculate that it could include ore rocks having a better chance of dropping rare resources such as Gold Nuggets. Unfortunately, the post mentioned the term Critical Results but never specified what it actually meant. Hopefully, it will clarify this information soon.
Gamers want to see more of these quality-of-life improvements made to the game. A frequent request is an option to be able to cook the same meal multiple times if the player has enough ingredients in their inventory. Since cooking Pumpkin Puffs in Disney Dreamlight Valley is one of the most notorious ways to make money, this change would help gamers immensely.
Disney Dreamlight Valley is available now on Nintendo Switch, PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
