Like all businesses right now, Tundra Lodge Resort Waterpark and Conference Center is taking precautionary steps related to the COVID-19 virus for the safety of you, our other guests, and our employees.
We welcome you to the resort, and want to make you aware of several changes to our operations as you enjoy your stay with us:
- We ask only 1-person check-in/check-out at the Front Desk. Please keep your bags and personal items in the car until after check-in, and then immediately take them to your guestroom.
- Several of the outlets in the hotel are operating at reduced or limited hours to maintain social distancing and control large groups of people – we appreciate your understanding with these changes.
- Yukon Jax’s is open for bar and off menu dining options, and room service is available. We will also begin limited in-dining room service for breakfast, lunch, and dinner starting the weekend of July 11th.
- For your safety, and the safety of our employees, stayover housekeeping service has been suspended. Should you wish housekeeping service in your room, please contact the Front Desk (0) to make arrangements for room cleaning or for towel/amenity needs– we will do our best to honor all requests.
Tundra Lodge has taken enhanced health and safety measures – for you, our other guests, and employees. You must follow all posted instructions while visiting Tundra Lodge Resort Waterpark and Conference Center.
An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, senior citizens and guests with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable.
By visiting Tundra Lodge Resort Waterpark and Conference Center, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19. Your signature on the hotel registration card, or our day pass waiver indicates your acknowledgment of this risk and policy.
