Where is The Key located and how can I access it?
The Key is located on the south side of Barclays Center on Suite Level B. Fans can access The Key by entering Barclays Center through the Dean Entrance and taking the elevator up to Suite Level B.
How do I purchase a membership?
To secure your membership, click here or call 718-257-8483 to have a Barclays Center Representative contact you.
Is a membership to The Key available for all events?
Annual memberships are available and include access to Brooklyn Nets and New York Liberty games as well as Barclays Center events (certain exceptions apply).
When will The Key open?
The Key will open Fall 2024.

Barclays Center Management reserves the right to prohibit other items as deemed necessary. Weapons of any kind, including mace, pepper spray, knives, sharp objects, bats, clubs, tasers, etc. Bags larger than 14”x14”x6” or that are hard-sided.

Fans dining in Crown Club may enter 90 minutes before tip-off. All guests in attendance are required to wear a shirt and shoes at all times for their own safety. Barclays Center management reserves the right to deny entry to guests wearing clothing items displaying offensive text and/or images.

Do they pat you down at Barclays Center? ›
Every attendee is subject to search prior to entry into the arena. This includes members of the media. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to be subject to a thorough TSA-style search, including emptying your pockets and bags, a full pat down, having all of your items examined and possibly removing your shoes.
That said, take the usual precautions that you would anywhere in a big city: watch your belongings, keep everything secure, be aware of your surroundings, etc. Enjoy your visit! Yes, the area around it is very safe and there are lots of good bars and restaurants.
