P.F. Chang’s Vegan Options – Chickpea and Bean (5)

P.F. Chang’s vegan options are flavorful and fun! For a mainstream, corporate restaurant, it has a good amount of choices for those who eat a whole foods, plant-based diet. Some of the vegan appetizers include: vegetarian lettuce wraps, orange ginger edamame, and vegetable spring rolls. P.F. Chang’s now offers sushi, but all include seafood as listed on the menu. Our helpful waitress requested the cook to prepare California rolls for us–minus the fake crab meat. They were delicious! We ordered these as our appetizer.

P.F. Chang’s also has tasty plant based entrees such as: Coconut Curry Vegetables, Vegetarian Fried Rice, Ma Po Tofu, Stir Fried Eggplant, and Buddha’s Feast (please be aware that the Coconut Curry Vegetables and Ma Po Tofu are high in fat). How wonderful to go to a restaurant and have a few plant based choices available without having to modify the dishes! Bean usually orders Buddha’s Feast, steamed and Chickpea orders it stir fried. We also opt for the brown rice. Some of the side dishes you can choose include: Spicy Green Beans, Spinach with Garlic, Sichuan-Style Asparagus, Rainbow Quinoa and Shanghai Cucumbers. If you are planning a restaurant dinner with family and friends, P.F. Chang’s is a great choice because it has plenty of options for those who eat plant-based as well as people who eat meat. Also, Chickpea loves to order Sweet Ginger Peach tea! She loves how it is served in a teapot. If you plan on dining at P.F.
