If you prefer your beef medium, you'll need to oven-roast a tenderloin for 30 to 35 minutes or until the temperature reaches 135 degrees Fahrenheit. After the tenderloin rests for 10 to 15 minutes, the internal temperature should be about 145 degrees Fahrenheit.
