Need more staff, Driver not showing up to work, leaving customers stranded, waiting 6hr for a driver to come in…bus out of service do to mechanical issues, leaving u stranded.. Grayhound need to get it together

Bus never arrived. I could NOT board a bus to my destination. I received verbal information that the bus had a mechanical breakdown. The driver of the next greyhound and last bus for the day did not offer more info. She stated her bus had no seats.
