Are you paying attention to what your customers are saying about you online?Last week my wife and dinner feel like cooking Friday evening so decided to order pizza. Our favorite pizza spot had closed apparently so the next option was one of two "Anytown House of Pizza". I've ordered from both and felt they tastes the same and were about the same distance from home. (no delivery out my way!).The deciding factor was each restaurants Google reviews. The Epsom House of pizza had 219 reviews averaging 3.9 while Brookside Pizza in Loudon had 319 reviews averaging 4.3. A difference of 0.4 was enough to sway our business that evening. Granted our $35 pizza order may not make or break either business but we are not the only consumer that thinks this way. Are you on top of your online reviews?
