It was announced in the 2.3 Livestream that Firefly will be released in the first phase of Version 2.3, which is expected to start on June 18, 2024. Firefly's Banner, Firefull Flyshine, will likely run from June 18, 2024, to July 10, 2024.

Firefly's Kit, Abilities, and Skills
Skill Uses HP and Restores Energy
Outside her Enhanced State, Firefly's Skill consumes a part of her HP and restores her Energy. When Firefly has low HP, less damage is sustained.
Ultimate Enhances Basic ATK and Skill
Firefly's Ultimate makes her enter the Complete Combustion state that enhances both her Basic ATK and Skill.
This state also buffs her SPD, increases her Break Efficiency, and increases the Break DMG received by enemies from her. Firefly will restore HP every time she attacks.
Enhanced Skill Applies Fire Weakness
Firefly's Enhanced Skill during Complete Combustion can apply a Fire weakness onto an enemy. The Enhanced Skill will also deal more Toughness damage.
Complete Combustion Countdown
Firefly's Complete Combustion state has a countdown, and you can see the icon in the turn order. Once the Complete Combustion's turn is up, Firefly's Enhanced state will end.
Technique Applies Fire Weakness
Firefly's Technique allows her to fly into the air and attack all enemies in a set range. After using the Technique to enter combat, Firefly deals Fire DMG to all enemies in each wave.
A Fire weakness can be applied to enemies without it and this will last a set number of turns.

Part of the Stellaron Hunters
Firefly is a member of the Stellaron Hunters and is a young girl clad in mechanical armor SAM.
She joined the Stellaron Hunters in search of the meaning of life and to find a way to defy her fate.
Suffers From Entropy Loss Syndrome
Firefly was born as a weapon and is afflicted with the agony of Entropy Loss Syndrome due to genetic modification. She also mentioned this illness in the Traiblaze Mission Gentleness, the Name of Nocturne.
Uses Fire Element
According to HoYoverse's Drip Marketing, Firefly uses Fire as her element and will follow the Path of Destruction.
