Bait and switch. I called for 2 months on this car. I passed on several cars like this one. I was told the car was not ready. Then I received a text to come in for a test drive. I called to schedule a test drive and was told the car was not ready. I would never buy a car from Deluxe Auto. Very unprofessional group.

Thought this dealership was kinda of weary at first cause it was not a big dealership and there prices had beat everyone else's for the same product it made me wonder I kept my fingers crossed called Randell and he did a price drop I was wow I was sold I went to pi k up the car there porter named Daniel was so friendly and attentive to what u found wrong with the car and made sure everything was fixed to ur liking . More dealerships need people like Daniel to make u feel like ur special and just not a customer. I give a 5 thumbs up to them.

Dealer responded buy in a very ambiguous way. It's possible that there may have been language barriers or he simply didn't believe I was a serious buyer so was unwilling to work with me. I ended up buying from someone else. It's too bad to because I was really excited about the vehicle they were listing and since I was coming from quite a bit of distance (over 400 miles away) I couldn't afford to play any games. For the life of me i couldn't get them to send me pictures of the passenger side of the vehicle.

Terrible experience drove over an hour to get there just to find out they already had a deposit on the car we were suppose to be viewing. We agreed to see another car we had to walk over a block to get to it when we got there the car wouldn’t start without a jump. Terrible customer service. No one seemed to know what was going on. I was told to speak with Maxwell when I got there they had no idea who that was. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER.

I recently purchased a 2018 Lexus ES 350 FWD from Deluxe Auto in Midway city. I had an excellent experience with the entire process. Tom the manager had the car ready for me and it looked great, Daniel the tech showed me everything that they did and it was perfect. Karen in financing found me a good rate. They were all pleasant to deal with and i would definitely check back with them the next time i need a car.

They did a hard inquiry on my credit for a car I was ready to buy, then they said it “had engine problems” but they kept that listing up which felt like a bait and switch. They then sent me a link to another car on their website that I said I’d be interested in. I had a closer look and the second car had frame damage reported.They didn’t even follow up with me, I was actually gonna give them another chance but it seems like they don’t know how to run a decent business. Wish I would’ve dug deeper into the reviews. Such a waste of my time and false hope, and unnecessary credit inquiry!!!

Fake Ad ! When you see good price on This dealer, they require financing applications, you will not get this lowest price with cash, when I saw the Ad, I just drive to dealer, they said not smoke check yet, need pay deposit on it .lol 2nd time I called , they will not make sure which one available just let you come first and said somebody deposit on it already

Caught the train all the way from Sacramento to Midway City to pick up my 2018 Honda Accord EX. They were able to get me approved for financing easily with reasonable payments, which was a big issue for me because of my challenged credit. Car was clean inside and out engine as well no problems or check engine lights with odometer at 57,632 miles. Car came with warranty also, not through dealership but came with my financing I believe. Paperwork was a breeze. I was able to upload my required documents through dealership website and was approved for financing the following morning and went to pick up my car that evening. They have a huge selection of reliable vehicles. I drove my car back home that night without any problems. I have already recommended this dealership to my family and friends. I love my new car! Last car was 2015 Mercedes GLK350, huge difference in size and everything over all but I absolutely love this Honda and it will last me years!

Would rate zero stars if I could. Drove an hour and a half after setting up a time to go and look at a car and when I got there no one came to assist me until I walked around and finally found someone. He then took another 15 min while I stood around to look for the car that I had an appointment to see. Once I finally got to see the car the salesman just walked away. The interior of the car was nothing like pictured and had chips and holes in parts of the dash and door panels. The interior was filthy and there was even a patch of rust in the rear door jamb. After the salesman finally came back after me standing around for another couple min I told him my issues with the car and he told me he’d show me another one, which he did and was even worse. Would never recommend nor go back here again.

The van posted in the original photo was not the same van they were offering, not even the same color. Also, the van posted said “8” passenger van and the van actually was a 7 passenger van. Would not trust this dealer. Other reviews of this dealer have had negative experiences as well.

The car that I initially looked at was in awful shape. It was not ready to be sold to anyone. But I did get another car from them. They would do anything to get you to but. When I agreed to buy, they push all the necessary paper work onto you to sign, they never really explained to me what I was signing. They verbally promised to fix minor issues on the car but when the day of me picking up my car, I noticed they did not do anything to the car other than washing it! So I demanded that they at least do the services they have promised. They even left me with an old battery that does not have energy to start the car. After I complained about the battery, they gave me a new one. the metal strap that holds the battery down was also missing. the strap was reluctantly replaced after I mentioned it. Overall, customer service is no good. Once you buy the car! That’s it, no more contact.

They kept texting me asking me when I can go, but every time I responded I wouldn’t get a further response. Only receive the same automated when can you come in email.I decided to show up and when we went to the lot, most of the cars were dirty outside and inside. No one greeted my boyfriend or me, we didn’t even know where the entrance was. We ended up leaving.

Great service ! Everyone here left bad reviews is because Americans don’t get how Asian ppl does business and how they talk. To Americans sounds rude but that’s just Asian style communication!Then the car thing no one there to show the car ppl complain about , most cars not ready you just there to see it Outside n inside then you love the car n price you put money down as deposit then they help you get your car smog checked n check everything make sure it’s perfect You really don’t need the sales man to be present becuase no way you can get the car today. Not the older models anyway, but any thing before 2016 you might be able to get it the day of. The cars all of them in clean and great condition.. the other dealer ship has 4.5 stars we went they are Americans but they didn’t wanna give us any deals at all and the car look like it is falling apart .Don’t trust the reviews I guess And come early here morning time if you want better n smoother experience

called for a specific car before coming; they said yes come and ask for daniel. we did and saw that the car wasn’t even ready for sale yet. the car needed engine work and the interior was taken apart. waste of time. had white smoke coming out of the tail pipes no mater how long we let it warm up. why even list the car for sale if it’s clearly needing work. had to drive over an hour just to come here.

Photos of posted cars are definitely photoshopped!! Lolz all the cars are dirty, wondering if they leave the cars dirty to hide all the scratches and dents. I was surprised the car we drove an hour for looked absolutely nothing like the the photos.

They lied to me about it’s arrival date and then when I called to inquire about it a day later, they claimed that someone had left a $5,000 down payment on it. I called a couple days later to ask about the status and was told that it was actually on the lot & available so I drove to the dealership. When I got there, the same guy that told me the car would arrive from auction the next day claimed that the car still wasn’t there! I think they tried to pull a bait & switch on me so I will never go back there again!!!

Worst dealership I’ve ever been to. Interior is way dirtier than on the pictures. Came to look at the vehicle on the picture it had everything, come to find out whole center console is not there. Bad salesman, did not know where the keys were and told me to look at other options.

We went to this dealer even though many of the reviews were negative. What I liked about the dealer is they allow you to shop without a salesman badgering you, which I liked. We test drove the car we were interested in, and they were ready to make a deal. We didn't buy because we weren't ready, however I would not hesitate to go there again. You have to be patient. They have nice cars at good prices, but the staff is small and there are a lot of people shopping. Dont believe the bad reviews, go see for yourself.

Dealer waited until midday the next day to contact by email. We went to lot and did not wait. Vehicle pictured did not match description. Vehicle was in VERY POOR condition Absolutely filthy interior. Had never been cleaned or detailed. Battery dead. Front tires were literally smooth. Even if we wanted to test drive it would not have been safe. No salesman ever checked on us. There was nowhere to park on their lot. Must park on side street. The cars are sandwiched in so getting the car you want to see out for a test drive will be a big deal. A total wasted 45 mile trip ea way. Stay away. Believe the other reviews. We should have.

I emailed, never heard back so I called. Got a hold of someone, was told the car was there so I drove 30 mins to check it out. Got there and couldn’t find any help, couldn’t even find which building they were in so I called again and the woman said someone would come meet me outside, nobody ever came. Found the car myself and it was a mess, the pictures were clearly photoshopped and they avoided taking pics of the hood area for obvious reasons. Don’t waste your time.

Upon arriving to the dealership I had to ask multiple times to see a vehicle after the 3rd time the person showing the cars told me to walk to the end of the dealership lot where they have multiple hybrids, waited 10 minutes and still nobody showed after walking back to the office inside he finally came out. Had to walk back again just so that he could tell me that the vehicle I had initially went to go see was posted up with incorrect information. My experience was not a pleasant one and it seemed like they were busy and didn’t really care. I was ready to purchase a vehicle and it was just an utter disappointment. I will say they had a wide selection and some pretty nice cars but buyers beware ask for the carfax!

The salesperson was pushy and did not allow me to test drive the vehicle as the lot was full of stacked cars, and they were not able to move the cars out of the way. Therefore, he would only allow me to start the car... I was not able to make a decision based off just that unfortunately.

I went to the dealer driving 47 miles in traffic. When I got there, 1) Nobody seems to care talk to me and my daughter 2) After we force Andy to talk to us, we told him that we have called yesterday and talked to the Manager (TOM) and he told us to come today and test drive the car. He took us to Tom's office and Tom was like what do you want kind of guy. He had sent me 4 emails mentioning he is the Manager and and is dedicated Advisor. So I told him why I was there and he ordered Andy to look for the 2016 Camry. After 45 minutes (Without Exaggeration) of searching the lot/s he finally told us they sent the car for service today right before we got there and tried to lure us to buy something else. . This is absolutely unacceptable and I am very surprised how they stay in business. I advise ALL Potential customers to stay away from this dealer. I wasted my precious time, Gas and my emotion as well as my daughter's. Very Very sad!!!!!

Confirmed the car was there.When I went I was told it had already been sold. So. I am expected to believe that in about 20 - 30 minutes some one else came in and bought he car. I’ve never seen Anyone compete a sale in that amount of time. Felt like aBait and switch

Terrible. Drove over an hour based on the pictures of the Highlander hybrid. We asked if there’s any damages prior to coming, they said no. When we came the the console was ruined. A big chunk was missing. Very deceptive lack of transparency, poor business practices. Waste of time.

They were very inattentive. Communication was an issue. The cars are dirty and one of the vehicles I was looking at had a dead battery. This Honda Pilot in particular had structural damage reported on the CarFax... I was not happy at all with this dealer or the sales person Andy. Which after reading the reviews is a constant issue!

Language barriers aside, my experience here was so horrible that I literally walked away. After first being quote a price that was HIGHER than the one listed on CarGurus, and after seeing cosmetic damage on the dashboard that they'd hidden in the photos, I was then asked to sign a piece of paper claiming that I'd been told about the "accidents" and "structural issues." When I told them this was the first I'd heard of any structural issues, I was informed the bumper was replaced at some point in an accident that wasn't listed on the carfax report. They still insisted, however, that I sign a statement saying I knew of all the 'structural damage' - even though they couldn't/wouldn't tell me what that damage was. I said I'd only sign it I could rewrite their statement to be truthful - but they refused so I walked out. I suggest you don't even bother contacting them and save yourself 6 hours.

This was the absolute worst dealer experience that i have ever had in my 51 years of living. After i contacted them and advised them that I would be coming to see the vehicle and buy it most likely, they did not have the car ready, the battery was dead, the vehicle remained boxed in behind 3 other vehicles, all 4 tires had low air, the navigation system and radio were inoperative and the manager was more concerned with shot-calling than customer satisfaction. After sitting in the dealership for 3 hours to complete the purchase I was told that I still could not take the vehicle because it needed a smog check. All of these things are issues that should have been addressed the week and a half prior when I contacted them. The price was high on the vehicle- even according to CarGurus. When I mentioned that with reference to all of the problems with the purchase they were unwilling to mitigate by adjusting the price. I will NEVER deal with this dealership again. 2nd day car not ready-

At first their seemed to be a bit of hesitance, which I understand. But I was offered the assistance I needed and I did receive a couple of follow up calls. However, I didn’t see any movement on the price although the car has over 200k miles and has been sitting well over 30days. The likely drop in price would have covered the difference in the down payment that I had. However, I think this group will help most buyers.

We drove an hour ready to buy vehicle, we walked all around their 3 lots with a staff member looking for car! Turned out it was parked on the street, because the “Boss” had been driving around. We got in the car and it was really dirty with clothes in the back seat, dirty napkins, and trash on the floor mats!My family and I were very disappointed to say the least.

I ended up buying the car but I should have walked away. They added on 2,000 warranty without asking of explaining what was covered. In retrospect I would have declined the warranty or simply exercised patients and waked away. Would never buy a car from them again or recommend them to a friend.

The person who helped me was friendly and helped BUT no one greeted me, had to look for help. The car I had made an appointment for was sold 2 days before and no one told me.. the cars that they have on the lots you can test drive but a good amount of them are dirty, some features don't work and presentation is poor. They said they would have everything fixed if I buy the car but didn't bother to clean it up even through they knew I was coming and the car I was looking into.

Inquired about specific vehicle advertised, communicated with "Maxwell", arranged a meeting when I arrived I was passed on to another salesman who informed me that car I came for wasn't at their dealership and is being serviced at Lexus. It will be back Monday/Tuesday, any further inquires from me Tuesday night were ignored.

This guy was not honest about the finance options he had, had me go online fill out the application waste and inquiry on my Bureau to call me back two days later and tell me you can't do anything, these people know the underwriting criteria for the lenders that they have, but again the mindset pervasive in the industry is waste of the customers time, not yours….. they're just looking for a committal even if there's no deal, common sense says discover if there's a deal first if there isn't why waste your or their time, but that respect or any similar to their of doesn't exist…..

I was interested to buy the car, but when I asked for my total out the door price, the sale person told me that I needed to talk to his manager. Then they made me wait for over an hour before the manager would come over and talk to me. When he finally did, he basically just told me that the price is non negotiation and walked away in less than 2 minutes of talking to me. When I asked another sale associate about what would be my final out the door cost, he then proceeded to tell me that there are four dealer options that needed to be added to the price of the car, for a total additional cost of $4,500. Three of the options are negotiable. I walked out.

Vehicle was never involved in an accident per the credit report, show up and test drive, the vehicle has 50% more miles than advertised, I ask when the vehicle came into the shop, "two months ago" Vin search on the DMV says they've had it 8 months, the Carfax says structural damage on 60% of the vehicle but clean title.The price is great, salesmen were good and accommodating, just something not matching up about the car with the story I was told. 4 stars for their transparency and honesty, I would be 1 star if there was any attempt to hide it.Sidenote: two other other were buying cars while I was there, both of them had structural damage reported as well, with clean titles.

Very difficult to work with, staff in general seems to be overwhelmed, I visited the dealership several times and each time had to corner someone for answers or service. Huge selection of mid-class to "luxury" vehicles, mostly Lexus 2012ish or newer, they do not always know what they have in stock or the condition of the vehicle you seen online. While I felt a little click-bated, I did purchase a vehicle but had to really advocate for my purchase. Example: the vehicle needed a new battery, I was told when I came to pick up vehicle it would have a new battery, I had to write a letter and follow up with their mediation process to get said battery replaced. The entire experience for the battery took three separate visits, over two weekends and could have been avoided by just replacing the battery in the first place. I experienced of issues like this when buying the vehicle from them, a headlight was another problem. All in all, I was able to purchase a vehicle for a price I felt comfortable for but had to jump through some avoidable hoops and waste my time. I had my own financing and while I believe the group handled it well enough they didn't manage their customers well. The front office, often said things that was inappropriate while putting your documents together, best rule of thumb is, if you wouldn't say it in your consumers native tongue don't say it in yours. You never know who understands you and I caught them off guard twice saying something inappropriate. But that was my experience and I completely expect other people to have different experience.

Vehicle I looked at was obviously repaired and had mismatch paint. Sales person kept answering I don’t know if it was in an accident. Vehicle had frame damage and salvage. Multiple Lexus GS 350 were there and it was very obvious that they deal in salvage and frame damage vehicles. High prices and salvaged cars makes No sense

I contacted this dealer to discuss a vehicle they had. The lady I spoke with was great! I was told a sales rep would call me back. While I was in a work meeting someone called me numerous times in a row after I didn’t answer the first time due to work. Then they texted me saying I needed to call back ASAP as if it were an emergency. I finally spoke with Andy and after numerous phone calls with him, tons of questions asked and answered, and finally agreeing to a price I thought we were moving forward well. Then my wife noticed something funny about the moonroof in one of the pictures we saw. I then contacted the dealer again and asked about the moonroof and I was told that the moonroof had been broken and they had to replace it. Not once did he mentioned this in our previous conversations after I asked about the vehicle! I then asked if he would adjust the price and he refused. He still wanted me to pay the full price even though it had been broken and he said replaced. If they can’t be upfront about this it made me wonder what else they might be hiding. I then told him I was no longer interested. After this, he called me again to make the sale. I repeated that I didn’t want it now. He got frustrated and said “don’t worry about it, I’ll find another customer to buy it.” I said that’s fine! After this experience, I can’t imagine doing business with this place!

Drove a good distance after viewing the vehicle for several days. When I got there, I was showed the vehicle. The vehicle was very dirty. They didn't even bother to clean it knowing I was coming. The interior head lining was filthy. The front end bumper was loose indicating an accident which was not on the report. The tailgate had extreme damage from either a dog(s) or trauma. I told the sales lady I didn't want the SUV. She replied, "why"? I told her that it was dirty and pointed out the other stuff. She then replied, "oh, we clean it for you". I felt very disrespected and belittled. She told me to look around at their other cars and walked away from me. As I toured similar vehicles, it was apparent they had no interest in cleaning before showing. One vehicle even had makeup tools still in the back other vehicles looked like folks left stuff in them. This is a deceitful tactic designed to get a deposit and protect them in case of a refund. You just don't know what the car is going to look like after they "clean" it.

I had an appointment with them on Saturday morning and called few days in advance but arrived with vehicle still blocked in. I was unable to test drive and open trunk while I was waiting to be helped. The car had spider web in cup holder and was dirty spots all around.

Unfortunately, after repeated phone calls and text messages to make sure our 3 hour drive was worth a test drive with a car we were hoping to buy.... including information with screen shots of said car, and availability, we made an appointment to test drive the car. The car was sitting at the very back of the lot, amongst other filthy cars (I mean, inside too! Trash, old shoes etc!) that had a sicker price in and on the windows. We were very happy to see the car we were interested in still there, however two hand written notes sitting in on the seat read "don't drive-trans" and "already sold" so unfortunately it was a huge waste of time, a unneeded day off from work and very tired small children for nothing. Don't bother taking extra steps to ensure anything . After a text to them after our surprise the only response was "Nino will help you now" . I should have paid closer attention to the reviews. Sincerely, Disappointed

Car was listed on CarGurus but not on their website AT ALL. Clearly it is a bait-and-switch, just to get you to contact them about the vehicle that they advertised (which seemed too good to be true; I guess it was!) Once I checked their website and saw that the featured vehicle (that I'd looked at not even 8 hrs. before) wasn't on their website, I realized their scheme. Also alarming was they don't list prices for any of their used vehicles. Hmmmm

The ratings I have read on Deluxe were mostly unfavorable. Several of them said they drove far to get there & the vehicle was not there, it was already sold when Deluxe said they had it on the lot. That was a concern for me. A lady called me to say they still had the vehicle and asked when I was coming to see it. I told her I wasn't sure, it was a long drive for me, but I was thinking of driving out that day. An hour and a half later she called me back to inform me the vehicle was sold. I said "you mean you sold it in the last hour"? She said "yes". Then she said they have another van of the same make but even older. Would I like to see it? I told her I didn't want a van THAT old. Sounds like the old "bait and switch" to me. I thanked her for calling me to tell me the van was sold, saving me the long drive there. The employee who called me was nice, but hard to understand her English.

I was called by a representative to go and purchase this particular Civic, my wife and I drove 1 hour and a half to get there, the representative did not answer our calls anymore once we got to the dealer and on top of that they sold that vehicle during our wait to see if the rep was going to help us out or not. (Our waiting time exceeded 45 minutes) I guess no one wanted our business, and given the fact we were going to pay cash. That's ok we'll take our business elsewhere.

Car was discussing. I lived an hour away, gave them a 2 hour notice of my arrival, ended up getting there in 3 hours, and they didn't even clean the car. Inside and out was a complete disappointment. It was horrible. Do not go there at all!!!! Sales management is all over the place, overall a bad business they are running there.

Bad customer service, even worse communication skills. They sold the car but didn't bother telling me until after I went through the financing process AGAIN (since they couldn't find it from when I submitted it the week before.) Why lead me on and let me ask questions about the car and negotiate a price when it had already been sold?? Hard to understand, never called back when they said they would 3 different times, talked to a different person each time. Avoid this spot.

Bought the 2007 Acura MDX. So far so good; Gordon was very persistent but seemingly an overall nice guy. Good experience; It's certainly worth going by and checking them out. Ask for [Flash] Gordon tell him Jerald and Judith sent you. Good luck.

Nice guy. Communication a little iffy (in other words, hard to understand), but he asked me to come out there and a deal for the car I wanted was already in the making. It would have been a blank trip (time wasted), so I opted to look at the other vehicle, but decided against because the color was not what I wanted. Other than that, he was a nice guy.. I believe his name was Gordon.

Very professional came prepared with financing through school first credit union which gave me great rate plus 3 months before 1st payment is due plus pay first month car note. They knew about all the awesome deals the credit union offers and applied it to purchased. They have alot of nice car on there lot with great sticker price. I'm still very pleased with my purchase 2week's later. Gordon great funny sales man. And Arielle in office knows her job.

The car was junk and they didn't disclose most of the flaws. I didn't feel like I could trust this dealer after I went to look at the vehicle and spoke with the salesman.

Car wasn't what I expected faded paint and scratches all over. Also the car didn't even start when I got there the battery was dead and the car was landlocked in the middle of a bunch of other cars. Wasn't prepared even when I made an appointment .

Arrived to see the car. Car wouldn't open, car wouldn't start (had to jump start it), car was dirty, salesman (though a nice person) knew nothing at all about the car.

BEWAREI was at the dealer, saw the car on my own with no assistance. Had to call to find someone. Car was very filthy, nothing to what pictures show. I had given $100 deposit to hold car for weekend. I still have not got it back! It was refundable too!

I spoke with Tom, he was very rude and seemed rushed to finish and disinterested in my questions about the car. It was a beautiful car but his price was far greater than what it was worth based on Kelly Blue Book and Edmunds reviews. I refuse to buy a car from this dealership.

This place had a pretty decent van, and we were considering buying it. Then one of the workers there took me outside and let me know that even though the Carfax said it was accident free, they had found frame damage and they were required to tell me about it. I thanked him for his honesty, but we didn't get that van. The overall experience in that place was nice. It's not a glitzy chrome dealership, but what they have gets the job done.

Be caruful with this dealer. They have all cars with accidents and give you fake carfax. AUTOCHECK.COM will give you trully info about their cars from auction. Worth it to pay to autocheck.com

Dealer responded 2 days after my request. He then said this car is not available. Over a week later, this vehicle is still listed in CarGurus. This ad is a bait & switch, it looks like a great deal but does not exist.

Great prices, quick paper work, but trade off for lousy day-after services. I took it back for promised oil change and car wash. Was the first in line, but took more than 2 hrs to finish, but a LOUSY job especially on the washing. The car smells worse after cleaning. But then again, great prices.. that's why!

Dealer sent one general email but did not respond to further questions. Since I live far away from the dealer site, I asked for more information upon which to base a flight to LA to inspect the vehicle. This never occurred and to date I have heard nothing more. Guess the dealer wasn't interested in a motivated buyer.

I started the process talking to one salesman who gave me a price. Then the next day another one started talking to me and told me something different. I went to purchase the car, which for me was a 3 1/2 hour drive. I get there and the salesman I was talking to wasn't there so I spoke to a 3rd salesman. I looked over the car and it had 4 different brand of tires on it. Haggled for new tires that were all the same brand but they wanted to give me the cheapest ones they could find. Come on, this is a performance car. Then they wanted to give me far less for my trade in. I did my homework prior to this so after all the mess I got up and left. They don't care about the customer or making a sale.

Honestly I was apprehensive at start. My experience was quite positive and illuminating. Illuminating in a sense that as the old adage say "you can't judge a book by its cover". The dealership is not as classy as your usual large scale car places. They make up their lack of immaculate showroom by their fair and straightforward no hassle attitude. Got the dream car I want, an MB E350. Do your homework before you buy. Great guys to work with especially Daniel who sold us the car.
